Injection/Laminating Resin
Our epoxy resin 200G with hardener 120L or 15L is a system for hand laminating for vacuum infusion, fibre winding and other processes.
The pot life can be adjusted as desired by mixing the two hardener variants 15L and 120L. Our injection resin or laminating resin epoxy resin 200G with hardener 120L or 15L is completely crystallisation-resistant, free of alkylphenols and benzyl alcohol, and has high static and dynamic strength.

Adjusting pot life by mixing hardener variants
The pot life can be flexibly adjusted by mixing the two hardener variants 15L and 120L. Further information can be found in the technical data sheet. Please note that curing is possible from as low as 10°C. However, we recommend warm curing at 40°C for a period of at least 12 hours.
Our epoxy resin 200 G consists of bisphenol A/F and is characterized by its crystallization-free properties. It has high static and dynamic strength and achieves values similar to those of epoxy resins used in the aviation industry. The infusion resin has low viscosity and is solvent-free and free of fillers. It has very good impregnation properties with glass fabric, aramid fabric, and carbon fabric (carbon fibers) and exhibits excellent resistance to chemicals.
For technological reasons, DNV-GL approval for the construction of boats and wind turbines will not be renewed. However, as the resin system has not changed in its formulation and its excellent properties remain reliable, our injection resin will remain in our product range.
The vacuum infusion process is a simple resin injection process that ensures a high fiber volume fraction and thus high strength of the fiber composite. In this closed system, a vacuum environment is created to inject the resin into the fiber structure.

The pot life of our infusion resin can be flexibly adjusted by mixing the two hardener variants 15L and 120L together.
In vacuum infusion, the dry fiber is first placed in a mold and secured. The mold is then sealed with a vacuum film. In the next step, a vacuum is created and the liquid resin is injected. The infusion is carried out solely by means of the vacuum. The negative pressure draws the resin between the mold and the film, preventing contact with the outside air. After curing for several hours at room temperature, the film is removed and disposed of.
We offer all the necessary materials, tools, and accessories for vacuum infusion in our online shop PHD-24.
The perforated film is designed to allow excess resin to pass through it. This makes it much easier to separate the flow aid and the release liner.
The spiral hoses must be secured to the flow aid to enable optimal vacuum infusion. The spiral hoses serve both to remove air and to supply resin.
Our vacuum film, in combination with our vacuum sealing tape, provides excellent isolation of your component from the environment. After a leak test, you can begin the infusion process.
