Our surface fleece is a very thin fleece for reinforcing GRP laminates, which greatly improves impact and abrasion resistance and surface quality. It is ideal for applications that require a durable, beautifully smooth, visually flawless finish. It can be processed with our polyester resins and epoxy resins, and is very popular in the manufacture of GRP parts and pool coatings.

Our ultra-thin surface fleece has been specially developed for reinforcing GRP laminates. It helps to significantly improve impact and abrasion resistance as well as surface quality. Our fleece can be used in combination with both our polyester and epoxy resins, making it extremely versatile.
Our fibreglass mats are made from 50 mm long E-glass fibres and coated with a powder or emulsion binder. They are ideal for hand lay-up and pressing processes with our polyester resin, as they have excellent impregnation properties, a uniform weight per unit area and good drapability.
Unser hochwertiges Glasfilamentgewebe-Finish wird durch eine Webtechnik aus endlosen E-Glas-Garnen hergestellt. Das Gewebe wird dann über mehrere Stunden bei hoher Temperatur behandelt, bevor es mit einem doppelfunktionalen Finish behandelt wird. Dieses Finish sorgt dafür, dass die Fasern optimal mit dem Harz verbunden sind. Das Ergebnis ist ein Gewebe mit hervorragenden Tränkungseigenschaften.
Abreißgewebe ist ein feinmaschiges Netzgewebe, das als ideale Unterlage für Laminier-, Versiegelungs- oder Klebearbeiten dient. Es wurde speziell für Epoxid- und Polyesterharze entwickelt, die normalerweise nicht gut auf dem Gewebe haften. Nach dem Aushärten können das Abreißgewebe und der Rest des Laminats problemlos voneinander getrennt werden. Die Oberfläche bleibt frei von Staub und Schmutz, sodass das lästige Abschleifen und Entfernen von Schleifstaub entfällt.
