Our acetone has a purity of 99.5% and is used as an organic solvent and cleaning agent. It is colourless and dissolves grease, resin, rubber, asphalt and more. In the processing of synthetic resins, it is used to clean surfaces and tools. Fresh splashes or residues that have not yet hardened can be removed with a cloth and acetone. After treating parts and tools with acetone, they should be ventilated for 2-3 hours before the next resin application. Hardened synthetic resins are best removed mechanically.
