To ensure optimum curing, the processing temperature should be set to 15-25°C. At temperatures below 15°C, properties may be impaired and curing may be insufficient. In addition, the relative humidity should not exceed 70%.

To ensure optimum adhesion, it is important that the substrate is dry, clean, and free of grease. We therefore recommend sanding the surface and cleaning it with acetone.

To prevent the mixture from hardening too quickly, it is advisable to pour the mixed resin and hardener into a flat container such as a paint tray. The large surface area and flat storage of the mixture prevent the resin from heating up too quickly.

To ensure that opened containers have a longer shelf life, it is important to close them tightly. Always use the original lid. It is recommended to store the container in a cool, dry place. If stored correctly, the minimum shelf life is six months. 

Please note that cured polyester resins can only be removed by mechanical cleaning, such as sanding. Acetone can be used to remove uncured resin residue from tools. Ensure that the tools are sufficiently dry to prevent contamination in new containers.
