10 kg DIEPAL S-20-V + 200 g MEKP hardener
Our styrene-free DIEPAL S-20-V is a medium-viscosity, medium-reactivity unsaturated polyester resin based on isophthalic acid and neopentyl glycol dissolved in vinyltoluene, which, after curing, yields products with good thermal and mechanical properties and is suitable for virtually all standard processing methods.
DIEPAL S-20-V is particularly well-suited for the production of molded parts that require increased chemical and thermal resistance.
Processing:
- DIEPAL S-20-V should be processed at room temperature (15–25 °C). Lower processing temperatures negatively affect curing.
- The polyester resin should be thoroughly stirred before use.
- Working time approx. 25–35 min. (room temperature 23°C) with 2% MEKP hardener DD-MP1
- Do not process at resin and room temperatures below 18°C.
- Shelf life at 20°C: 3 months
- Color: light brown
- Cures to a tacky finish

Description:
Spun-bonded fiberglass mat - Particularly fine-fiber textile fiberglass mat for surfaces and buffer layers. Our 225g mat is a surface mat with particularly fine fibers, to be used for laminate surfaces and as the first layer beneath topcoat or gelcoat.
- Apply with polyester resin
- With a resin consumption of approx. 0.7–0.9 kg/m², a laminate thickness of approx. 0.5 mm is achieved
