Fibreglass Mats

Our fibreglass mats consist of 50 mm long E-glass fibres coated with a binder. Glass fibre mats are characterised by excellent impregnation properties, uniform weight per unit area and good drapability, making them particularly suitable for hand lay-up and pressing processes. They are used in vehicle construction, automotive engineering, boat building, pipeline construction, container construction and coatings.



Our range of GRP fabric fibres is extremely diverse and offers a wide selection of options. We offer aramid fabric, tear-off fabric, carbon fabric, fibreglass mat and roving fabric. For some applications, it is advisable to use complex fabric, which is a combination of fibreglass mat and roving fabric. When it comes to motorsport, we pay particular attention to lightweight construction and offer a wide range of carbon fabrics, carbon fabrics and carbon fabric tape. You can buy GRP mats and resin from us, and we have also put together various epoxy resin sets and polyester resin sets for you.

Thanks to technical advances, the differences in laminate flooring are usually small today. Powder-bound mats are somewhat less drapable, but more water-resistant and cause less turbidity. Emulsion-bonded mats are easier to work with, but can be less water-resistant and create a milky haze.

Our high-quality glass filament fabric finish is produced using a weaving technique with continuous E-glass yarns. The fabric is then treated at high temperature for several hours before being treated with a dual-functional finish. This finish ensures that the fibres bond optimally with the resin. The result is a fabric with excellent impregnation properties.

Our Silane glass filament fabric is manufactured using a weaving process from continuous E-glass yarns and twisted yarns. The Silane finish is applied during the yarn manufacturing process, meaning that the fabric does not require any additional treatment. Nevertheless, the fabrics have excellent impregnation properties.

Our high-quality mould-making fleece is made from branded fibres and consists of 100% polyester, without any chemical binders. The special material guarantees constant air circulation, which makes the fleece incredibly stretchy, drapable and elastic. Even with complex moulds and components, the fleece proves itself thanks to its high tear resistance. It also retains its original shape even when exposed to resin, without sagging.

Our ultra-thin surface fleece has been specially developed for reinforcing GRP laminates. It helps to significantly improve impact and abrasion resistance as well as surface quality. Our fleece can be used in combination with both our polyester and epoxy resins, making it extremely versatile.
