Hardener 15L for our epoxy resin 200G (single component)
For technological reasons, DNV-GL approval for the construction of boats and wind turbines will not be renewed.
However, the product will remain unchanged in our range.
- The resin component is based on bisphenol A/F and is therefore completely crystallization-free.
- Low viscosity (820 mPas at 25°C)
- Glass transition temperature (Tg) > 80 °C (for warm curing 70 °C / 15 h)
- Solvent- and filler-free
- Very good impregnation properties for glass fabric, aramid fabric, and carbon fabric (carbon fibers)
- Very good chemical resistance
Processing:
- Mixing ratio 100:30 (100 parts resin / 30 parts hardener) by weight
- Mixing ratio 100:35 (100 parts resin / 35 parts hardener) by volume
- Processing temperature from 8°C
- Pot life (at 23°C -> 40°C) approx. 15 minutes (according to internal measurement method)
- Processing time approx. 30 min
- We recommend tempering the system/component for 1 hour at 23°C, followed by 5 hours at 70°C and 5 hours at 80°C (heat curing) to achieve the best possible properties
- Suitable for: Hand laminating, vacuum infusion (RI), RTM (resin transfer molding), fiber winding, wet pressing, vacuum pressing
