The epoxy resin “Epox200G + Hardener 120L” is a system for hand laminating for vacuum infusion, fiber winding, and other processes.
For technological reasons, DNV-GL approval for the construction of boats and wind turbines will not be renewed.
However, the product will remain unchanged in our range.
Properties:
- Very low viscosity
- Free from alkylphenols and benzyl alcohol
- Crystallization-resistant – the resin component is based on bisphenol A/F and is therefore completely crystallization-resistant
- Solvent- and filler-free
- High static and dynamic strength
- Best results are achieved when the system/component is tempered for 1 hour at 23°C, followed by 5 hours at 70°C and 5 hours at 80°C
Application:
- Vacuum infusion (RI), •Vacuum pressing, •Wet pressing, RTM (resin transfer molding), •Fiber winding, •Hand laminating
Processing:
- Mixing ratio 100 parts / 30 parts (100 parts resin / 30 parts hardener) by weight!
- Pot life can be adjusted as desired by mixing the two hardener variants 15L and 120L. Further data can be found in the technical data sheet.
- Curing is possible from 15°C, but we recommend warm curing at 40°C for at least 12 hours.
- Processing time: approx. 120 min.
