Further development of epoxy resin 4305
Areas of application include primers and coatings on problematic substrates, e.g., damp substrates, as well as high-strength paints for corrosion protection. Our hardener 180 is an accelerated, stabilized polyamidoamine formulation that is free of nonylphenol and benzyl alcohol.
- Very good adhesion to wood, metal, concrete, polystyrene, GRP, etc.
- Low viscosity
- Solvent- and filler-free
- Good impregnation properties
- Good chemical resistance
- Color: yellowish
Processing:
- Mixing ratio 100 parts / 60 parts (100 parts resin / 60 parts hardener) by weight!
- Processing temperature from 8°C
- Processing time (at 20°C) approx. 30 min
- Gel time, 100 g, approx. 60 min.
- Curing time (at 20°C) approx. 24 hours
