Our epoxy resin “Epoxid4300/Hardener390” is an epoxy resin gel coat system for coatings or as a first layer on or in the mold.
Used as osmosis protection, water barrier, wood pore filler, and as a surface resin for carbon laminates.
- Very good adhesion to wood, metal, concrete, polystyrene, GRP, etc.
- Cures tack-free and clear.
- Medium viscosity.
- Solvent- and filler-free.
- Very good chemical resistance.
- Good light resistance.
- This resin/hardener combination is very low in yellowing and chalking.
Processing:
- Mixing ratio 100 parts / 55 parts (100 parts resin / 55 parts hardener) by weight!
- Processing temperature from 10°C
- Processing time (at 20°C) approx. 40 min
- Curing time (at 20°C) approx. 24 - 36 hours
