Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, the country of delivery, and, in the case of hazardous materials, according to separate regulations.
After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your package, so you always know where your order is.
If you have chosen to collect your order yourself, please contact us by phone to arrange a collection date.

The average delivery time with GLS or DHL is 1-2 business days and with a shipping company is 2-3 business days.

The shipping option GLS-24h --> guaranteed delivery on the next business day by 5 p.m. at the latest. Delivery on the next business day is guaranteed if you order by 12 noon!

For deliveries via GLS to German islands, we charge an additional fee of 13.90 EUR per package.

There is no island surcharge for deliveries by DHL. Please note that not all items can be shipped by DHL!

Shipping costs for orders over 30 kg or 20 kg can only be determined once the items are in the shopping cart.

Please note that according to ADR and the GGVSEB dangerous goods regulation, individual packages may not exceed 5kg (depending on the product) in order to be shipped by parcel service!
If you add one or more items to your shopping cart that exceed this permitted limit, the shipping costs for delivery by a freight forwarder will be displayed automatically.

Example: You order 4 x 5 kg polyester resin = 20 kg. We can ship this order via GLS!
However, if you order 10 kg, 12 kg, or 20 kg buckets, we cannot ship them via parcel service, but only via freight forwarder!
