Partall® Coverall Film is the new, non-hazardous, water-based polyvinyl alcohol coating (PVA - Parting Film) with low VOC content that acts as a barrier between parts and reactive mold surfaces. Partall® Coverall Film is also recommended for use on rolled molds as additional protection against demolding problems. A higher solids content promotes production efficiency by providing better protection with fewer coatings, saving labor, time, and material. Improved formulation enhances use—no fish eyes or cobwebbing, self-leveling, and fast dry film build. The higher viscosity of Partall® Overall Film allows application with a brush, roller, sponge, or cloth. Partall® Overall Film also has excellent spray properties.
