For minor repairs of cracks, scratches, leaks, etc., e.g., in terrariums, model making, boat building, and arts and crafts.

Also suitable for small repairs in showers and bathrooms, on kitchen countertops, for bonding PVC, and for repairs to PVC pipes or gutters.

The set consists of:

  • 100g Epoxy Resin 4307 with 50g Hardener 313
  • 0.5m² glass filament fabric Silane 160g/m² - twill weave
  • 1x mixing cup 600ml
  • 1x wooden mixing stick
  • 1x brush (30mm)
  • 1 pair of disposable gloves (XL)

Our epoxy resin “Epox4307/Hardener313” is a universal system for coatings, adhesives, and fillers; it is also excellent for impregnating glass, aramid, and carbon fibers.

Excellent adhesion to wood, metal, concrete, Styrofoam, fiberglass, etc.

  • Low viscosity
  • Solvent- and filler-free
  • Good impregnation properties
  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Good light resistance
  • This resin/hardener combination has very low yellowing and chalking

Application:

  • Mixing ratio 100 parts / 50 parts (100 parts resin / 50 parts hardener) by weight!
  • Processing temperature from 10°C
  • Pot life (at 20°C) approx. 40 min
  • Curing time (at 20°C) approx. 24–36 hours

Our glass filament fabric is a highly moldable fabric suitable for laminating lightweight components such as models.

  • Weave: Twill

  • High strength
  • Highly drapeable
  • With a resin consumption of approx. 140 g/m², a laminate thickness of approx. 0.16 mm is achieved
