Description:
- Repair compound for plastic parts
- 2-component compound based on epoxy resin
- For repairing plastic parts on car bodies, such as spoilers, bumpers, or side skirts.
- Adheres to various plastics.
- Due to the wide variety of plastics in circulation, it is essential to test adhesion beforehand.
Application:
Processing time approx. 8 min.
- Curing time at 20°C approx. 12 hours
- Mixing ratio: 1 part by weight CARPOX base, 1 part by weight CARPOX hardener
- Processing temperature: +18°C to +25°C
Instructions for use:
The substrate must be clean and free of grease. Roughen the surface well with coarse sandpaper before applying the filler. Mix the base and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 and apply. The mixture remains workable for approx. 8 minutes. The filler can be sanded after approx. 12 hours drying time. Clean the tubes with a cloth after removing the material and close them carefully. The hardener component tends to form a skin when exposed to air.

- VIELSEITIG EINSETZBAR - 2-Komponenten-Spachtel auf Epoxidharz-Basis mit breitem Anwendungsbereich. Zur Ausbesserung von Kunststoffteilen an der Autokarosserie, wie z. B. Spoiler, Stoßstangen oder Flankenschutz. Eine Vorprüfung auf Haftung ist bei der Vielzahl der im Umlauf befindlichen Kunststoffe unerlässlich.
- HOCHWERTIGE SPACHTELMASSE - Basis und Härter im Verhältnis 1:1 mischen. Die Mischung bleibt ca. 8 Minuten verarbeitungsfähig. Nach 12 Stunden Trockenzeit ist der Spachtel schleifbar. Verarbeitungstemperatur: +18°C bis +25°C, Farbe grau.
- PRAKTISCHE - 500g Spachtelmasse (250g Basis und 250g Härter) in der Tube. Der Untergrund muss sauber und fettfrei sein. Die Oberfläche vor dem Spachtelauftrag mit einem groben Schleifpapier gut aufrauen.
