G 4 is a solvent-based single-component polyurethane resin.
The resin cures when exposed to air humidity and is applied in thin layers.
Excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, and wood.
After curing, G 4 has good mechanical properties, including wear resistance and toughness.
G 4 has high resistance to numerous chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and various solvents.
Application
- Adhesive primer for GRP cladding on wood.
- Adhesive layer for PU top coats on concrete floors.
- Sealant for dusty concrete floors.
- Binder for quartz sand.
- PU varnish for paper, textiles, etc.
- The standard consumption per coat is approx. 200 g/m².
- G 4 cures well. Curing depends on the processing temperature and humidity.
- G 4 is tack-free after 2 to 4 hours.
