A sealing tape designed for vacuum infusion to outperform all other tapes in its category. With excellent initial tack, it achieves an airtight seal during the curing cycle. It offers easy demolding and minimal to no cleaning between production cycles. It exhibits excellent handling and release properties with composite and metal materials, both in oven and autoclave applications. The tape has an optimal curing temperature range from room temperature to 210 °C.
- Color: Yellow
- Dimensions: 10 mm x 3 mm x 15 m
- For bonding and sealing vacuum film and molds
- Easy to apply
- Very good initial tack
- Consistent adhesion during low-temperature cycles
- Peels off cleanly, leaving virtually no residue
- Good adhesion to various surfaces
- The surface should be clean, dry, and free of dust
Place the strip on the surface, avoiding air bubbles, with the release paper on top; then remove the release paper when applying the film.
It is recommended to apply the strips at temperatures below 60°C to prevent warping of the parts
Note: For clean removal, it is recommended to wait until the sealing tape has cooled to room temperature before peeling it off the mold.
