Vacuum Film for Vacuum Infusion and Vacuum Pressing – Co-extruded PE/PA Film, 75 µm, 120 °C
This high-quality, co-extruded vacuum film made of polyethylene and nylon-based resin (PE/PA) was specifically developed for vacuum infusion and vacuum pressing. It offers an optimal combination of flexibility, high elongation at break, and reliable sealing—crucial for reproducible, high-quality components. Thanks to its excellent adaptability, the film conforms easily to complex geometries and ensures a stable, uniform vacuum throughout the entire process. Its light green transparency facilitates visual inspection and supports safe and efficient work. The film is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resin systems. However, when using different resin systems or in an autoclave, compatibility tests should be conducted before manufacturing large components.
