Our mold-making nonwoven fabric is made from branded fibers and contains no chemical binders, meaning it is 100% polyester, which ensures a consistent flow of air. As a result, it is highly stretchable, drapeable, and flexible. The fleece is also very well suited for complex components and shapes without tearing; it remains dimensionally stable even when exposed to resin and does not collapse!
Application:
Particularly well suited for crafting car audio installations, such as door panels, trunk liners, or headliners. Ideal for creating free-form shapes!

- Designed for use with epoxy and polyester resin
- Mold-building fleece 340 g/m² - With a resin consumption of approx. 4–4.5 kg/m², a laminate thickness of approx. 5 mm can be achieved in a single pass!
- Mold-making fleece 150 g/m² - With a resin consumption of approx. 1.5–2 kg/m², a laminate thickness of approx. 3 mm can be achieved in a single operation!
SOLD BY THE SQUARE METER
- Example: If you enter a quantity of 1, you will receive 1.0 m², i.e., 1.52 m x 0.66 m / Quantity 2 = 2.0 m², i.e., 1.52 m x 1.32 m, etc.
- Shipped folded: 5 m² or more in pieces of 5 m² each
