The cross-grooved roller for de-airing fiber-reinforced wet laminates is an indispensable tool for the production of high-quality composite materials. Its special design reduces the risk of breaking the glass fibers and shifting the resin film on the mat, resulting in even distribution and de-airing of the resin.
This roller is particularly suitable for low-viscosity resins and thin glass fiber fabric. Because it leaves no marks on the mat, it ensures clean and precise processing. Made of acetal, it also offers excellent non-stick properties, allowing resin residues to be easily removed.
