Spray Primer Gray is a two-component, polyester-based primer for steel substrates, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), wood, or sanded, sound existing paint coatings. The product is particularly suitable for filling unevenness, heavy sanding marks, and roughly prepared repair areas in a single step.
- Mixing ratio: 30:1 by weight
- Pot life: 30 min at 20 °C
- Color: gray
- Coverage: 3.0–4.0 m²/l (at 250 μm dry film thickness)
- Drying time at 20 °C: Sandable in 2–3 h
- Drying time at 60 °C: sandable after 30 min
- Flash-off time: 5–8 min between spray passes, 10–15 min before oven drying
- Application conditions: from +10 °C and up to 80% relative humidity
