Our high-quality glass filament fabric finish is manufactured from continuous E-glass yarns or twisted yarns using a weaving process. This glass filament fabric is then treated with high heat for several hours.

Finally, the fabric is treated with a dual-function finish, which creates an optimal bond with both the fibre and the resin. Glass filament fabrics manufactured in this way have very good impregnation properties.

Silane glass filament fabrics are coated with silane during manufacture and therefore do not require any further treatment. These fabrics nevertheless have good impregnation properties.

Our range of GRP fabric fibres is extremely diverse and offers a wide selection of options. We offer aramid fabric, tear-off fabric, carbon fabric, fibreglass mat and roving fabric. For some applications, it is advisable to use complex fabric, which is a combination of fibreglass mat and roving fabric. When it comes to motorsport, we pay particular attention to lightweight construction and offer a wide range of carbon fabrics, carbon fabrics and carbon fabric tape. Our glass filament fabric finish is made from continuous E-glass yarns and then woven using a weaving process. The fabric is then treated at high heat for several hours to ensure optimal impregnation.


Glass filament fabrics are coated with a textile sizing during manufacture to protect the yarn during processing. Finally, the fabric is treated with a finish that creates an optimal bond with both the fibre and the resin. Glass filament fabrics manufactured in this way have very good impregnation properties.

Silane glass filament fabrics are coated with a silane finish during manufacture and therefore do not require any further treatment. These fabrics nevertheless have good impregnation properties.

The fabric is then treated at high temperature for several hours before being treated with a dual-functional finish. This finish ensures that the fibres bond optimally with the resin. The result is a fabric with excellent impregnation properties.
 

Our fibreglass mats are made from 50 mm long E-glass fibres and coated with a powder or emulsion binder. They are ideal for hand lay-up and pressing processes with our polyester resin, as they have excellent impregnation properties, a uniform weight per unit area and good drapability.

Our roving fabrics are made of E-glass and are manufactured in plain weave. They are often used to reinforce glass mat laminates and are particularly well suited for the production of thick, stiff laminates. In addition, they are also versatile in container and pipeline construction as well as in mould making. In combination with polyester or epoxy resin, roving fabrics are an excellent choice for creating durable laminate applications.

Nevertheless, the fabrics have excellent impregnation properties.

Tear-off fabric is a fine-mesh net fabric that serves as an ideal base for laminating, sealing or bonding work. It was specially developed for epoxy and polyester resins, which normally do not adhere well to the fabric. After curing, the tear-off fabric and the rest of the laminate can be easily separated from each other. The surface remains free of dust and dirt, eliminating the need for tedious sanding and removal of sanding dust.
 

Our biaxial glass fabric consists of two parallel glass fibres that are stitched together at an angle of -45°/+45°. This structure gives the material excellent load-bearing capacity. It is often used to manufacture components that are exposed to high tensile forces in the fibre direction, such as wind turbines.
