Our 150g mat is a surface mat made of particularly fine fibers (spun-separated), designed for use on laminate surfaces and as the first layer beneath topcoat or gelcoat.
Our fiberglass mats consist of 50mm-long E-glass fibers coated with a powder binder. They are characterized by excellent impregnation properties, uniform basis weight, and good drapability, making them particularly suitable for hand lay-up and pressing processes. Intended for use with polyester resin. With a resin consumption of 0.5 kg/m², a laminate thickness of approx. 0.4 mm is achieved.
